2019 Clubhouse Improvements

 

Over the past nine months, since our new owner Glass Creek, LLC assumed ownership, Plantation Country Club has experienced a flurry of activity while the Clubhouse and property begin its makeover.

Led by Will Gustafson, Glass Creek has re-energized the property with upgrades to Club facilities, infrastructure, and capital improvements. To date, Club updates and investments have reached over $750,000 and include:

Golf Course Improvement Project: Designing for the Future

Plantation Country Club continues to be committed to golf as a major amenity for our Members. We are in the process of redesigning the course to maintain 18-holes of golf in response to ACHD’s widening of State Street and the updated Pierce Park Lane intersection which will claim or encroach on two holes along State Street.

As you’ve likely seen and experienced, Ada County Highway District (ACHD) is in the process of major construction along State Street. One of the construction projects, reconfiguration of the State Street and Pierce Park Lane intersection, will directly impact Plantation Country Club, including the entry road to the property.

Property Undergoes Renovations and Planning to Thrive for the Next 100 Years

At the close of 2018, Plantation Country Club entered into its next chapter. Glass Creek LLC, a special purpose entity comprised of developers and investors led by Will Gustafson, purchased the 121-acre Plantation Country Club from American Golf Corporation and began the process of designing Plantation to thrive for the next 100 years.
